1) Will the B-Line 66 HSE wireway end fit a 6x6 wireway trough?
Yes. The 66 HSE end plate is built for 6 inch by 6 inch wireway, with a stated height of 6 inches and a length/depth of 6 inches. The plate body itself measures 5.9 inches wide so it seats inside the trough flange. If your run is 4x4, 8x8 or 12x12, you need the matching end for that size instead.
2) Is the 66 HSE wireway end rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. It is a NEMA 1 enclosure rating, which is indoor, general-purpose protection against incidental contact and falling dirt only. For rooftop, exterior or washdown runs you need a NEMA 3R or 4 rated wireway and matching end, not this one.
3) Does this B-Line wireway end come with a knockout for conduit?
It has a 1.50 inch knockout, so you can bring trade size 1-1/4 conduit through the end with a standard connector, or leave the knockout in place to close off the run completely. If you need a blank end with no penetration, this is not it.
4) What finish is the B-Line 66 HSE, and will it match existing wireway in my plant?
