No knockout. The 64 E NK is a blank closure plate, so there is no factory opening to land a conduit hub or connector. Use it where you want the run sealed off at the end. If you need to bring conduit in through the end of the trough, you want a knockout version instead, or you will be punching the steel in the field.
3) Is this wireway end plate rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. The B-Line 64 E NK end is a NEMA 1 part, which is indoor, general purpose enclosure protection against incidental contact and falling dirt only. It is not a raintight or wet-location closure. For outdoor or washdown runs you need NEMA 3R or NEMA 4 rated wireway and fittings.
