1) Is the Eaton B-Line 44120 G wireway rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. The 44120 G trough is a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is indoor, general purpose only. It has no gasketing and the cover is held on with plated screws, so it will not keep out rain, washdown, or dust in a wet area. For outdoor runs or damp mechanical rooms you need a NEMA 3R rated wireway instead.
2) Do I have to drill this wireway to bring conduit in, or are there knockouts?
Knockouts are already there. The 44120 G has 39 knockouts on the top and 39 on the bottom, so most conduit entries line up without drilling. Mounting is through holes in the back of the trough, so you fasten it directly to the wall, strut, or backboard with your own hardware.
3) Is this wireway third-party certified for an inspected commercial job?
