No. The 66120-12LW is a NEMA 12 wiring trough, which is an indoor enclosure type built to keep out dust, falling dirt and dripping non-corrosive liquids. It uses an oil-resistant gasket under the cover, so it suits machine shops, plants and mechanical rooms. For outdoor or washdown runs you need a NEMA 3R or 4 rated trough instead.

The cover is hinged, not a lift-off screw cover. Heavy-duty butt hinges and quick-release latches hold it, so it swings open in place and stays attached while you land conductors. You need swing clearance on the hinge side of the run rather than the full 120 inches of overhead room a removable cover would want.
