1) What size is the Eaton B-Line 6648 HSNK wiring trough inside?
The 6648 HSNK is a 6 x 6 inch cross section, 48 inches long. That 6 by 6 square section is what sets your wire fill capacity and lets you run conduit into either side wall without crowding the bend radius, and the 48 inch length is the standard stick for lining up multiple sections end to end.
