1) Is the Eaton B-Line 6672 HSNK trough rated for outdoor or wet locations?
No. It's a NEMA 1 enclosure, which is general purpose indoor only. Use it in mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, and dry interior runs. For an exterior wall, a rooftop, a wash-down area, or anywhere it could see rain or hose spray, you need a NEMA 3R or 4 rated trough instead, not this one.
2) Does the 6672 HSNK come with knockouts, or do I have to punch my own conduit entries?
No knockouts. The body is blank, so every conduit entry gets punched in the field exactly where your run lands. That's the point of the HSNK (no knockout) version: on a 6 foot trough feeding multiple panels or disconnects, you rarely want the factory hole pattern anyway. Bring a knockout punch set sized for the conduit you're landing.
3) Is the B-Line 6672 HSNK trough acceptable for a job in Canada?
It carries CSA C22.2 certification, so it is recognized under the Canadian standard for electrical enclosures. Note that it is a NEMA 1 indoor enclosure, so a Canadian spec calling for an outdoor or wet location rating still isn't satisfied by this one.

The manufacturer part number is 6672 HSNK from Eaton's B-Line series. The number reads directly: 6 inch by 6 inch cross section, 72 inch length, HSNK for the hinged, no-knockout version. If you want a knockout pattern or a screw-cover instead of hinged, that's a different B-Line suffix, not this part.
5) Will this trough match the gray on my existing panels and gutter runs?
The finish is ANSI 61 gray, the standard light gray used on most commercial electrical enclosures, panelboards, and gutters. If your existing gear is ANSI 61, a run of these will read as the same color down the wall. Material underneath is steel.
