The Eaton BR Series 125A loadcenter is built in two space counts: 16 one-inch spaces and 30 one-inch spaces. With tandem Type BR breakers the 16-space box takes up to 32 circuits and the 30-space box up to 60. Pick the space count first, since that is the physical limit on full-size breakers, then decide how many of those spaces you want to double up.
2) Is the Eaton BR 125A panel 120/240V single-phase, and will it work on a three-phase service?
It is a 120/240V single-phase panel wired for two hots, a neutral, and a ground, so it serves a standard residential or light commercial single-phase service. It will not work on a three-phase feed. A 208Y/120V or 480Y/277V three-phase building needs a three-phase panelboard, not a BR loadcenter.

6) What does plug-on neutral actually save me on an Eaton BR panel install?
