1) What size knockouts are on the Crouse-Hinds 4-11/16 square box, and how many?
Sides carry twelve 1/2 inch knockouts plus one 3/4 inch concentric. The bottom has two 1/2 inch and two 3/4 inch. So you can land 1/2 inch EMT or flex on almost any side, and step up to 3/4 inch on the bottom or on that one concentric side opening. Concentric means you pop the inner ring for 1/2 inch or take the full ring for 3/4 inch on that same opening.

No clamps. The 4-11/16 square box is built for conduit, so it ships as a bare welded steel box with open knockouts. If you are pulling NM cable into it, you have to add listed cable connectors at each knockout. For EMT, flex, or rigid, use the appropriate connector for that raceway.
3) Can I use this box in a hazardous or classified area?
