An LB turns the run 90 degrees with the opening on the back, which is why it is the standard fitting for taking a conduit out through a wall and down (or up) on the other side, with a removable cover for pulling wire. An LL or LR turns 90 degrees with the opening on the left or right side instead, and a T body gives you a third opening for a branch or a pull point. 4) What do I need to order with a 2 inch Crouse-Hinds LB68 conduit body to finish the install?
The LB68 is the 2 inch Form 8 LB body and comes without a cover, so add a 2 inch Form 8 cover and its gasket. Everything else is your conduit side: threaded rigid or IMC pipe, locknuts or couplings as the run requires, and a mounting means at the wall. Keep the cover and gasket matched to Form 8 at 2 inch or the NEMA 12 seal will not be achieved.
