3) Does the GUAC condulet come with a cover or do I order that separately?

5) What does the C shape on a GUAC condulet mean and when would I use it instead of an L or T body?
C shape means the body is a straight-through form with the opening on the side, so conduit enters one end and leaves the other while the removable cover gives you pulling and splicing access in line with the run. Use it where you need an access point in a straight length of conduit. An L body turns a corner, and a T body splits a run three ways, so pick those when the geometry changes direction rather than when you just need access.
6) Can I use the GUAC on 2 inch rigid conduit?
