No. The STG ground hub jumps from 2-1/2 inch (STG8) straight to 3-1/2 inch (STG10), so there is no 3 inch in the run. If your run is 3 inch conduit you will need a different hub series or a reducing arrangement at the enclosure wall; do not try to force the 2-1/2 or 3-1/2 into a 3 inch knockout.
