2) Will this switch work for three-way switching from two locations?
No. This is a single-pole switch, which controls a light or fan from one location only. If you need control from two locations you need a three-way device, and from three or more locations a three-way pair plus a four-way. Use this one where a single switch controls the load.
3) What wire size does the Eaton 15A decorator switch accept, and how do the terminals land?
