No. The Emtek 1173 Concord set is trim only: plates and handles. The multi point mortise lock box is not included, so you need a working lock body already in the door or ordered separately.

Configuration #1 trim is referenced to Atrium, G-U, KML by Andersen, Andersen, Marvin Integrity, Paddock Lockmaster and Superior doors. The deciding number is the 3-5/8 inch center-to-center between the handle and the cylinder hole, with the cylinder sitting below the handle. Measure your existing door prep against that before ordering.
3) Is the Emtek 1173 keyed on the outside?
It isn't. The 1173 is the non-keyed version, with an American style thumbturn on the interior instead of a key cylinder. If you need to lock the patio door from outside with a key, choose a keyed Configuration #1 trim instead.

The Concord plates measure 1-1/2 x 11 inches, a narrow rectangular escutcheon that suits the slim stile of a swinging patio door. Solid brass plates, so they take Emtek's brass finishes.
6) What finishes does the Emtek 1173 Concord trim come in?
Eight: Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Satin Nickel (US15), Pewter (US15A), Flat Black (US19), Polished Chrome (US26), Polished Brass Lifetime (US3), Unlacquered Brass (US3NL) and French Antique (US7). Unlacquered brass will patina over time; the lifetime polished brass will not.
7) Will this fix the sagging lever on my patio door?
Yes, that is what the spring assist does. Every Emtek multi point lock trim set now ships with a spring assist that returns the lever to horizontal and stops the droop you get on older patio door handles. It is trim only though, so a worn lock body still needs replacing.
8) Is Emtek 1173 trim suitable for a commercial entrance?
It is classified residential. The 1173 is swinging patio door hardware for homes, not a graded commercial lockset. For a commercial opening you want a graded mortise or cylindrical lock, not multi point patio trim.
