2) Do I need to specify a 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inch backset when ordering an Emtek Waverly knobset?
Backset is a required choice on the Waverly privacy set, 2-3/8 inch or 2-3/4 inch. The standard latch ships 2-3/8 inch, so if your existing bore sits 2-3/4 inches from the door edge you have to call that out on the order.
