Minimum door thickness is 1-3/8 inches, and the actual thickness has to be specified on the order for every function, keyed, passage, privacy, and dummy alike. The lock body and spindle length are set to the door, so ordering without a thickness stalls the order. Measure the slab itself, not the jamb, and give that number in the Door Thickness field.
