Yes. The Windsor passage knobset drops into a standard 2-1/8 inch cross bore prep, and the latch works at either a 2-3/8 inch or 2-3/4 inch backset (2-3/8 is the standard latch supplied, so specify 2-3/4 if that is your prep). One exception on the trim side: the STRETTO rosette needs a 1-1/4 inch diameter bore and a 2-hole prep for thumbturn privacy, so it is not a plain drop-in on a single-bore door.
2) What door thickness does the Emtek Windsor passage knob work on?
The spec sheet range is 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch, which covers standard interior residential doors. The product notes also state it fits doors from 1-3/8 inch up to 2-1/4 inch with standard 2-1/8 inch bore prep, so for anything thicker than 1-3/4 inch enter the exact thickness in the Door Thickness field when ordering and Emtek supplies the correct spindle and screws.
3) Is the Windsor crystal knob lockable, or does it just latch?
It latches only. The Windsor is a passage function, non-keyed set with no lock and no thumbturn, so it is for hallways, closets and pantry doors. For a bed or bath door you want the privacy version of the same knob, and for a keyed opening you need an entry set instead.
