The EMTouch takes a Schlage C keyway as standard or a Weiser WR5 keyway as an option, so it can be brought onto a key system already running on either of those. Keying is single cylinder, and you choose keyed different or keyed alike at order time, with keying to an existing code available if you supply the bitting. Kwikset residential locks use the KW1 keyway, which is not the same as Weiser WR5, so a Kwikset key will not operate it.

For a commercial opening calling for a Grade 1 cylindrical lever, the Dexter C1000 Series entry/office lever is Grade 1, clutching and keyed, for doors 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch thick.
