Anything with a latch or a cylinder is not a dummy substitute. The Cal-Royal BER00 is an entrance/office knob lock with a Kwikset keyway, the Kwikset 400P Polo is an entry knob with a 6AL latch and RCS strike, and the Sargent 6G04 is a Grade 2 storeroom knob lock with a single cylinder - all three need a bored latch and strike prep in the door. The Emtek Porcelain Ice White dummy is surface mount with no door prep required, so those keyed locks are a different install entirely, not a drop-in swap.
