1) Can one EXO LBUL Colt bullet flood cover both a 3000K warm and 4000K neutral job, or do I have to order separate fixtures?
One fixture covers both. The LBUL Colt is field-selectable for CCT at 3000K, 4000K or 5000K, so a contractor carrying a single part number can set warm light at a residential entry and neutral or cool at a parking perimeter without stocking three SKUs. Wattage is switchable too, up to 30W. For a property manager standardizing across a portfolio, that means one line item on the order and colour matching handled at install rather than at purchasing.
2) Will an EXO Colt LED flood run on 277V commercial power, or is it 120V only?
The Colt flood takes anything from 120 to 277V on the same fixture, so it drops onto 120V residential and small-commercial circuits and onto 277V branch circuits in a commercial building without a different part number or a step-down. That is the range that matters when one contractor is lighting a strip centre facade off house power and the tenant spaces off 277.
3) Is this LED bullet flood rated for outdoor wet locations and rain exposure?
Yes, the LBUL Colt is UL listed for wet location and carries an IP65 rating, which covers direct rain, hose-down washing and open exposure on a facade or perimeter run. It is also DLC qualified, which is what an institutional or MRO buyer needs when the fixture has to be on the utility rebate list to get approved.
4) What does it take to mount an EXO Colt flood light at ground level onto a stake?
The Colt ships with a 6 inch ground spike, so a landscape or facade uplight install at grade needs no separate stake purchase. The knuckle is a standard 1/2 inch by 14 NPS thread, which is the common pipe thread on outdoor flood knuckles, so it also lands on a 1/2 inch NPS pipe nipple, an outdoor junction box hub, or a pole adapter of that thread if you are not going into dirt.
5) Will this EXO flood light dim, and what control system does it need?
Dimming is 0-10V standard on the LBUL Colt, so it wires to a 0-10V dimmer or a building control system with two extra low-voltage control conductors pulled to the fixture. It is not a line-voltage phase-dimming fixture, so a common residential TRIAC wall dimmer is the wrong control for it. Plan the control pair at rough-in if the job calls for dimming.
6) Is a 3000 lumen bullet flood bright enough for a building facade or should I go bigger?
Up to 3000 lumens from a 5x5 square distribution is sized for facade grazing, entrance accent and perimeter marking at close throw, which is what EXO lists it for. The 5x5 beam spreads roughly evenly rather than throwing a long narrow band, so it suits washing a wall section or lighting a doorway from nearby. For a wide parking field or a long-throw pole application, that output and beam are the wrong tool and you want an area or flood fixture with a higher lumen package and a directional distribution.
7) What is the actual model number to order for the EXO Colt switchable bullet flood?

If the job is retail merchandise or a colour-critical interior display, that is a higher-CRI interior product, not this one.
10) Does the EXO Colt flood run on 50 Hz power for a job outside North America?
The driver handles 50 or 60 Hz operation and holds a power factor above 90 percent, so it works on either frequency within its 120 to 277V range. The high power factor is what keeps the fixture inside the utility and rebate requirements many commercial jobs carry.
