One box covers both. The 430 fits hinge reinforcements for 4-1/2 inch and 5 inch commercial hinges, so you are not ordering two part numbers for a frame that mixes standard and heavy weight hinge sizes.
3) Can I run conduit to an electrified hinge through a Hager 430 mortar box?
Yes. The 430 has top and bottom knockouts that take standard conduit fittings, which is what you need when the hinge at that location is an electric power transfer hinge and the wire has to leave the frame in conduit rather than open in the grout.
4) Is the Hager 430 a hinge reinforcement plate?
