2) Will the Houzer CB-3200 board work on an undermount sink, or only a topmount?
Both. The CB-3200 is reversible, and that design lets it sit on either an undermount or a topmount bowl of the matching Houzer models. You flip it to whichever face suits the rim you have.
3) Is the CB-3200 a sink grid or a cutting board?
It is a cutting board, a rubberwood work surface that sits over the bowl. It is not a bottom grid and will not protect the sink floor from pots and dropped flatware. If that is what you need, order a Houzer bottom grid sized to your bowl instead.
4) Is the Houzer CB-3200 available in more than one color or finish?
One finish only, Matte Tan, which is the natural rubberwood tone. There is no second color option, so every unit you order for a building will match.
