1) What wire gauge does the Sta-Kon RAD18-183 female disconnect crimp onto?
The RAD18-183 is sized for 22 to 18 AWG stranded wire, which is what the red insulation color signals on crimp terminals. If your conductor is 16 AWG or larger, this barrel will not accept it and you need the blue (16-14 AWG) range instead.
