1) What wire gauge does the Sta-Kon 14RB-6CP ring terminal accept?
The 14RB-6CP crimps onto 18 to 14 AWG stranded copper conductor. The blue insulation is the standard color code for that range, so on a panel where you are mixing terminals, blue tells the next electrician the barrel is the 16-14 class and not the red 22-18 or yellow 12-10. If your conductor is 12 AWG or larger, this barrel will not accept it.

It is a copper barrel terminal and needs a proper insulated-terminal crimp die matched to the 18-14 AWG (blue) range, not pliers. An uncontrolled crimp either cuts the strands or leaves a loose barrel that heats up on a 600 V circuit. Use the blue nest on a ratcheting insulated-terminal tool, then pull-test the wire before it goes on the stud.
6) Will this terminal work on aluminum conductor?
No. The 14RB-6CP barrel is copper and is intended for copper conductor only. Aluminum requires a terminal specifically marked AL or AL9CU with the appropriate inhibitor compound, otherwise you get galvanic corrosion and a hot joint.
