Klein Tools 5127 6-Pocket Tool Pouch

The 5127T version uses a tunnel loop that takes belts up to 2-1/2 inches (6.4 cm) wide, so a standard wide leather tool belt passes through it. The plain 5127 uses a standard loop instead. If you wear a 2-inch or 2-1/2-inch belt and want the pouch to sit tight and not flop, order the 5127T tunnel loop.

Same 6-pocket leather pouch, different belt attachment. The 5127 comes with a standard loop; the 5127T comes with a tunnel loop sized for belts up to 2-1/2 inches wide. Pocket layout, leather construction and the knife snap are identical on both.

The pocket layout is job-specific rather than general purpose: three pliers pockets, two screwdriver pockets, and one large utility pocket, plus an outside knife snap for a folding or utility knife. That covers an electrician's core carry (side cutters, long nose, pump pliers, a couple of drivers) without needing a second pouch.

Leather holds its shape, which is the practical difference. The 5127 is leather, stitched and riveted at the stress points, so the pockets stay open and a screwdriver tip or plier jaw does not wear through the wall the way it can on a soft fabric pouch. Trade off is weight and the fact leather does not like being soaked. For crews standardizing a tool carry across an MRO or electrical department, the stitched-and-riveted leather build is the longer-service choice.

No belt is included. The 5127 is the pouch only, and it attaches by sliding onto a belt you already have, up to 2-1/2 inches wide on the 5127T tunnel loop version. Order a work belt separately if you are building a complete rig.
