The Lisbon interior pack is the inside trim only. You buy a Kwikset exterior handleset pack separately, and keys are ordered separately as well. Ordering this on its own leaves you with a lever and rose and nothing on the outside of the door.

It is non-functioning. The Lisbon lever is a dummy interior trim, so it does not turn to retract a latch or operate a bolt. Latching and locking come from the Kwikset exterior handleset pack it mounts with.

No handing to specify. The Lisbon interior lever trim is fully reversible and works on both right and left handed doors, so one part covers either swing.

The Kwikset Lisbon interior trim is a lever pull with no locking action, so it will not secure anything by itself. For code entry on a door taking heavy use, the Codelocks CL610 and CL615 back-to-back tubular latchbolt units are listed as heavy duty in the CL600 Series, and the CL510 and CL515 are the heavy duty CL500 Series equivalent. Those are mechanical pushbutton entry sets rather than handleset trim.
