No. The Renu 1-Gang screwless plate is built for Renu devices only, and it snaps onto the device itself rather than screwing to a box or a subplate. To put a Decora device behind a Renu plate you need the Renu adaptor ring, REA00 series, sold separately. That ring only comes in three colors: White on White (Decora White), Navajo Sand (Decora Light Almond), and Onyx Black (Decora Black). If your device is Decora and your plate color is outside those three, you are better off using a standard Decora wallplate.
2) Which Renu wallplate colors are available, and how do I order the right one?
Orderable colors for the 1-Gang snap-on plate are Deep Garnet (REWP1-DG), Fresh Pink Lemonade (REWP1-FP), Granny Smith Apple (REWP1-GS), Red Delicious (REWP1-RE), Sea Spray (REWP1-SE), and Toasted Coconut (REWP1-TC).
