1) Will a Leviton T5261-CH single receptacle fit behind a wall clock hanger?

It is a single receptacle, one outlet only, so nothing else shares the opening. The 15A version is the T5261-CH and the 20A version is the T5361-CH.
2) Should I order the 15 amp or the 20 amp version of this Leviton clock-hanger receptacle?
Match it to the branch circuit. The T5261-CH is 15A with a NEMA 5-15R face, and the T5361-CH is 20A with a 5-20R face, which has the T-slot neutral that accepts a 20A cord cap.
