If the utility opens the cabinet for CT work, the hinged door is the version that makes that a one-person job.

These are built as current transformer enclosures, and they come with the CT mounting rack provision and no knockouts. You can field-punch them, but you are paying for CT prep you will not use, and many utilities want the CT cabinet dedicated and sealable for metering.
