Three receptacle configurations are built on the U5951-O 100A RV pedestal. U5951-O-41 gives you a TT-30 plus a 5-20GR for 30-amp rigs and a 120V convenience outlet. U5951-O-55 gives you a 14-50 plus a 5-20GR for 50-amp coaches. U5951-O-75 carries all three, TT-30, 14-50 and 5-20GR, so one site can take a 50-amp coach, a 30-amp trailer, or a tent camper on the 20-amp outlet. For a mixed-use park the -75 is the one that avoids site-type restrictions.
2) Does the Milbank U5951-O RV pedestal have a meter socket?
No. It's an unmetered power supply, single power head, with no bypass provision. Power comes in and goes straight to the receptacles and breakers, so you can't bill a site from the pedestal itself. If each site has to be individually metered, you need a metered RV pedestal instead. Parks that meter at the park service and bill by site rate use unmetered heads like this one.
3) Can the U5951-O be fed with overhead service, or does it have to be underground?
Underground only. Cable entry on this pedestal is from below, and the top is a plain-top closing plate with no hub opening, so there's nowhere to land a weatherhead or conduit from above. Plan on a trenched feeder up into the base. If your site is fed overhead, you need a different power head with a hub top.
