Mulberry 30367T08 Weatherproof Round Cover, Die-Cast Zinc, 4-Inch

The Mulberry 30367T08 is a weatherproof round cover engineered to protect electrical connections in outdoor and exposed installations, available in Bronze, Gray (Powder Coated), and White finishes to suit a range of exterior projects. Constructed from die-cast zinc, this 4-Inch round cover is built to withstand the rigors of exterior use while maintaining a clean, professional appearance on the jobsite. Its solid metal construction resists the wear, impact, and corrosion that lighter-duty stamped-metal or plastic covers cannot handle, making it a practical choice for electricians and contractors working on weatherproof box installations. The round profile is sized to pair with standard 4-inch round electrical boxes, offering a secure, finished cover for outdoor wiring points, fixtures, and devices in whichever of the three finishes best matches the installation.

Mulberry 30367 – Frequently Asked Questions

1) Will the Mulberry 30367T08 round cover fit a standard 4-inch round electrical box?
Yes. The 30367T08 is a 4-inch round weatherproof cover sized to match the opening on standard 4-inch round boxes. If your box is a 4-inch square (not round) or an octagon with a square cover prep, the round profile is the wrong match and you want a cover built for that box shape instead.
2) What finishes does the Mulberry 30367 weatherproof round cover come in, and what are the part numbers?
Three finishes, each with its own Mulberry number: Gray powder coated is 30367, White is 30367W, and Bronze is 30367Z. If you are standardizing exterior device covers across a building, order all openings in the same suffix so the finish matches.
3) Is a die-cast zinc weatherproof cover worth it over a plastic or stamped metal one outdoors?
For exposed exterior work, yes. The 30367 body is die-cast zinc with a powder-coated finish, so it holds its shape and resists the impact and corrosion that thin stamped steel or plastic covers give up on. Plastic is lighter and cheaper to buy but it chalks and cracks under sun and freeze cycles. Zinc is the choice where the box is on a wall face, a pole, or anywhere it takes knocks.
4) Can this Mulberry cover be used on an outdoor light fixture or junction box in a wet location?
That is what it is built for. The 30367 series round cover is intended for outdoor and wet-location boxes, exterior junction and outlet box protection, and weatherproof covers at outdoor lighting and device boxes on both new construction and renovation work.
5) Does the bronze version of the Mulberry 30367 have a different build than the gray or white?
No, the build is the same across all three. Bronze (30367Z), White (30367W), and Gray (30367) are the same 4-inch die-cast zinc round weatherproof cover; only the finish changes. Pick on appearance against the wall or trim color.
