3) What RF frequency do the transmitters have to be for this Nortek 1-channel receiver?
It receives at 303.875 MHz in the standard digital format. Transmitters must match both the frequency and that format, so a remote on a different frequency or a rolling code format will not operate it.
4) How many transmitters or codes can this receiver handle?
The receiver works with 256 discrete codes in the standard digital format. For a small gate, parking entry, or tenant door, that is the ceiling on distinct code settings you can assign before codes repeat.
5) Is this a one-channel or multi-channel receiver?
One channel only, with a single Form C relay. If you need to control two separate openings, such as a vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate, from one receiver, this single-channel unit will not do it, you would need a multi-channel receiver or a second unit.

It is an RF receiver component for an electronic access control system. It takes the radio signal from a transmitter and closes a dry contact, so it supplements a gate operator, access panel, or door controller rather than replacing one. You supply the controller, the power, and the locking or gate hardware.
