The 546 works with all Norton Rixson low energy operators except the 5800. That covers the 5600, 5700, 6000 and 6300 Series. If your opening runs a 5800, this is the wrong transmitter for it.
2) Do I need anything else to make the Norton Rixson 546 transmitter work?
Yes, the 537 receiver, which is sold separately. The 546 only sends the signal; without the matching 900 MHz receiver wired to the operator, nothing actuates. The battery is in the box, so that is not a separate line item.
3) Can I go wireless without replacing my existing hardwired push plates?
