The 60-222 is rated for damp locations and listed for indoor use, so a bathroom ceiling or an enclosed, covered area where it never sees direct water is fine. It is not a wet-location fixture, so skip open porches, soffits with blowing rain, or anywhere directly over a shower head. Safety listing is cULus.

Bulbs are not included. You need two A19 lamps with a medium E26 base, 60W maximum each on 120V. Any standard A19 LED or incandescent in that base will drop in, so for a multi-family or MRO order plan on two lamps per fixture.

No. The fixture is rated 60W per socket on 120V, and overlamping an enclosed alabaster glass shade traps heat and shortens socket and wiring life. For more light, use LED A19 lamps at or under 60W equivalent draw with higher lumen output instead.

Dimming on the 60-222 is lamp dependent, which means the fixture itself has no driver or electronics in the way. Put an incandescent or a dimmable LED A19 in it and it dims on a compatible wall dimmer; put a non-dimmable LED in it and it will not. There is no CCT selection on this fixture either, so color temperature is whatever lamp you choose.

At 4.25 lbs the 60-222 is well under the 50 lb limit a standard listed outlet box supports, so no extra bracing or fan-rated box is needed. It is a ceiling-mount fixture only, not wall rated.
