Dimming depends entirely on the lamp you choose, so if you want it on a dimmer, buy dimmable LED A19s and match the dimmer to those lamps.

    No. The Empire 60-357 is rated for dry locations and indoor use only, so a covered porch, a breezeway, or a shower or tub zone is out. For those spots you need a fixture marked damp or wet location. It is fine in a dining room, entry, bedroom, or hallway.
