No bulb is included. It takes one medium (E26) base A19 lamp rated up to 100W at 120V. Any A19 in that base will fit, so you can lamp it with an LED A19 to cut the load.
2) Is the NUVO 60-391 pendant OK over a covered porch or in a bathroom?
No. It is an indoor, dry location rated fixture only. Keep it out of covered porches, breezeways, and anywhere it can see moisture or steam, including over a tub or shower. For those spots you need a damp or wet location listed pendant.
3) Will this pendant pass inspection on a commercial job?
The 60-391 carries a cULus safety listing, which covers both US and Canadian requirements for a dry location indoor fixture. It is also RoHS compliant. Note the California Prop 65 disclosure for lead, which matters if you are doing submittals in California.
4) How is the NUVO 60-391 mounted, and is the ceiling box going to hold it?
