No bulb ships with it. The 60-393 takes a single medium (E26) base lamp, A19 shape, rated up to 100W on 120V. It's an incandescent-technology fixture, so an A19 LED or CFL retrofit with an E26 base works fine as long as you stay at or under 100W equivalent draw. Dimming depends entirely on the lamp you put in it, the fixture has no driver of its own.

No. The 60-393 is rated for dry locations only and listed for indoor use, so a covered porch, a shower area, or anywhere exposed to damp is out of scope. Use it over kitchen islands, entries, hallways, dining areas, or similar conditioned interior spaces. For a porch or a wet bath zone you need a fixture carrying a damp or wet location rating.

The box includes the 48 inch chain and 12 feet of fixture wire, which is everything on the hanging side. You supply the lamp, since no bulb is packed, plus wire nuts and whatever crossbar or mounting strap your outlet box requires. If you want a color-temperature choice, pick it at the bulb, the fixture is not CCT selectable.

Dimming on the 60-393 is lamp dependent. There's no onboard driver, so the socket passes 120V straight to the bulb. Drop in a dimmable A19 LED or an incandescent A19 and it dims on a standard dimmer; use a non-dimmable LED and it won't. Match the dimmer type to the lamp you choose, LED lamps generally need an LED-compatible dimmer rather than an old-style incandescent one.
