Yes. The 60-531 die cast bulkhead is rated for wet locations and listed for outdoor use, so it can go on an exterior wall with direct rain exposure. It carries a cETLus safety listing. Mounting is wall only, so it is not intended for ceiling or pendant use.

It takes one medium (E26) base lamp, A19 shape, up to 60W at 120V. No bulb is included, so order lamps separately. An LED A19 with an E26 base works fine as a swap for the incandescent the fixture is built around, as long as you stay within the 60W rating.

The fixture body measures 6.5 inches wide, 10 inches high, with a 4.88 inch extension off the wall. That gives you a footprint just over half a foot wide, which clears most masonry pilasters and stair landings. Check that the 4.88 inch projection does not intrude on a door swing or a required egress path width.

The housing is die cast aluminum in Architectural Bronze with a single frosted glass shade, which is the usual build for exterior stair and service-entry duty. Aluminum will not rust like a steel housing, and the frosted glass diffuses the single lamp so you do not get a bright spot on the stair treads. At 4.16 lbs it is light enough to land on a standard outlet box with no extra bracing.

Architectural Bronze is the only finish offered on the 60-531. If your existing exterior fixtures are a different finish family, you will need a different model rather than a finish option on this one.

RoHS compliant, yes. It also carries a California Proposition 65 warning for lead, which is standard disclosure on many die cast aluminum fixtures and matters if you are procuring for a California project or an institutional spec that requires Prop 65 reporting.

No. The 60-531 is a lamp-based fixture with no integrated LED module, so there is no CCT selector switch. You set color temperature by choosing the E26 lamp you screw in, which is actually an advantage for a property manager standardizing color across mixed fixtures.
