No. It is rated for dry, indoor locations only, so keep it out of covered porches, breezeways, and anywhere it sees steam or splash. For a bath or an exterior soffit you need a damp or wet rated fixture instead.

Lamps are in the box. You get five 60W ST19 medium base (E26) incandescent vintage lamps, plus the 48 inch chain and 12 feet of wire. Nothing else to buy for the fixture itself, though you supply the mounting box and any additional chain if you are hanging it higher than the max 78.8 inches.

At 19.44 lbs it exceeds the 6 lb limit of a standard device box and needs a listed fixture-rated or fan-rated outlet box, or a box mounted to a brace or blocking between joists. It is a chain mount to the ceiling, so all of that weight lands on the canopy and the box behind it.

Dimming is lamp dependent. The five included 60W incandescent ST19 lamps dim on a standard incandescent (forward phase) dimmer with no trouble. If you swap in LED filament lamps later, dimming performance follows whatever those lamps are rated for, and you may need an LED compatible dimmer.

It is an aged, muted brass rather than a bright polished one, so it reads closer to antique brass hardware than to modern satin brass. Weathered Brass is the only finish the Kettle pendant is built in, so there is no polished or black version of the same fixture to match to.
