No. The Sherwood caged pendant is rated for dry locations and indoor use only, so a covered porch, a shower area, or anywhere exposed to damp air is out. Use it in foyers, dining rooms, kitchens, and hallways. For a porch you need a fixture carrying a damp or wet location rating.

Bulbs are included: four 40W T9 medium base (E26) incandescent lamps, along with a 48 inch chain and 12 feet of wire. Replacements are standard E26 medium screw base at 120V, 40W each. The included lamps are rated 3,000 average hours and produce 640 lumens, so if you want longer life or less heat, any E26 LED filament in a T9 or similar shape at 40W equivalent will drop straight in.

The fixture weighs 16.3 lbs and hangs from a chain off the ceiling, so it needs a fixture-rated outlet box. A standard box marked for 50 lb luminaire support handles it; a plain old-work box with no support rating does not.
