    Bulbs are not included. The Axis 60-7132 takes two E12 candelabra base lamps, B10 shape, rated up to 60W each on 120V. Order the lamps separately when you order the fixture.

    Over a vanity, yes. The Axis 60-7132 is cULus listed for damp locations and indoor use, which covers a typical bathroom wall. It is not rated for wet locations, so keep it out of direct shower spray and off exterior walls.
    3) Will this NUVO Axis sconce meet ADA requirements in a corridor?
    No. The Axis 60-7132 is not ADA compliant, and it projects 7 inches from the wall. ADA limits wall-mounted objects between 27 and 80 inches above the floor to a 4 inch projection, so it is not the right choice for a public corridor or an egress path. Use it on a vanity wall, in a stairwell above or below that zone, or pick an ADA-compliant sconce for corridors.
    4) Can I put the Axis sconce on a dimmer?
    Dimming is lamp dependent on the Axis 60-7132. The fixture has no driver of its own, it is an incandescent-technology fixture wired for two 120V candelabra lamps, so whether it dims comes down to the bulbs you install. Standard incandescent B10 candelabras dim on a normal forward-phase dimmer; if you put in LED candelabras, they have to be marked dimmable and matched to the dimmer.
