    Bulbs are sold separately. The Sommerset 3-light semi-flush takes three E26 medium base lamps in an A19 shape, rated up to 60W each on 120V. Any standard A19 medium-base lamp works, including LED retrofits, so a facility standardizing on LED A19 can lamp it that way.

    Dry locations only, indoor. It is not damp or wet rated, so skip covered porches, shower areas, and any ceiling that sees steam or condensation. A windowless interior bath with good ventilation is a judgment call your inspector makes; an unconditioned or exterior ceiling is a no. For those spots you need a damp- or wet-listed fixture.
    3) Is the NUVO Sommerset 60-7278 dimmable?
    Dimming is lamp dependent. The fixture is an incandescent-technology, line-voltage housing with no integral driver, so whether it dims comes down to the three A19 lamps you put in it and the wall dimmer. Incandescent or halogen A19 lamps dim on a standard incandescent dimmer; with LED A19 lamps you need dimmable lamps on a compatible LED dimmer.
