NUVO Lighting 60-7871 Valdora 1-Light Flush Mount, 14in, Polished Nickel, White Opal Glass

The Valdora 60-7871 carries a damp location rating and is listed for indoor use, so a bathroom ceiling or a covered porch soffit is fine. It is not rated for wet locations, so keep it out of direct spray inside a shower enclosure or anywhere exposed to rain. Safety listing is cULus.

No lamp ships with it. You supply one A19 bulb with a medium E26 base, 60 watts maximum, running on 120V. Any standard LED or CFL A19 in that base works as long as you stay at or under the 60W rating (LED equivalents are well under it).

It mounts direct to the ceiling, classed as a close-to-ceiling flush mount, no stem or chain. With 12.25 inches of height it has more body than a typical drum flush mount, which is why it suits an entry, bedroom, or kitchen where you want some presence without a hanging fixture. If you need adjustable drop length for a high ceiling, a stem-mounted pendant is the better choice.

The 60-7871 is the 14 inch Valdora in polished nickel with white opal glass, single light. That one configuration is what this model number buys, so if you are specifying across a property, order by this exact MPN for every opening you want to match.

Yes, lead is the listed California Prop 65 chemical for this fixture. It is also RoHS compliant. That combination is normal for a steel and glass fixture with a standard socket and matters mainly for procurement paperwork on California jobs.

No CCT selector switch on this fixture, and no integrated LED. Color temperature is entirely whatever A19 bulb you install, so if a facility standard calls for 3000K across the board, buy the lamps to that spec and the fixture follows.
