NUVO Lighting 62-1927 Blink Performer, 11W LED, 9in Square Fixture, Brushed Nickel Finish, 5 CCT Selectable

The 9 inch square Blink Performer carries a Wet location rating, so it can go in a shower ceiling or a covered exterior ceiling where it is exposed to water. Note the fixture is otherwise catalogued for indoor use, and the die-cast aluminum body with a 120V integrated LED driver is what makes the wet rating possible. It is a ceiling-mount only fixture, not wall rated.

At 0.67 inch tall the Blink Performer sits almost flat to the ceiling, which is the point of an edge-lit flush mount. It measures 9.00 by 9.00 by 0.67 inches overall and weighs 1.59 lbs, so it covers a standard round or octagonal ceiling box footprint with room to spare and adds essentially no projection into a hallway, closet, or stair soffit.

It draws 11 watts and puts out 1000 to 1050 lumens, which is in the range of a single 75W incandescent rather than two 60W lamps. For a small bathroom, laundry, closet, entry, or hallway it is a direct swap. For a bedroom or larger room you would want a bigger fixture or a second unit.

The fixture is dimmable and runs on 120V line voltage, so it works with a standard forward-phase LED-compatible wall dimmer. The LED is integrated, not a replaceable lamp, so dimmer performance comes from the onboard driver and you should use a dimmer rated for LED loads rather than an old incandescent-only rotary.

It carries a cETLus safety listing, covering both US and Canadian requirements, and the fixture is RoHS compliant. It also carries a California Prop 65 notice for lead, which matters if you are shipping to or installing in California and need the disclosure on file.

Brushed Nickel is the only finish on model 62-1927, so if your openings are already brushed nickel it drops in without a finish mismatch. The trim ring is the only visible metal; the body is die-cast aluminum. If a building is standardized on white or bronze trim, this part number will not match.
