No. The 65-804R2 is the high-voltage version, rated 277V to 480V only. It will not operate on a 120V or 208/240V circuit. If your building feeds the bay lighting off a 120-277V panel, you need the 120-277V version of this UFO instead.

Each fixture includes a locking hanging hook and a 6 foot (72 inch) power whip, so the electrical connection and the hanging point are both covered. What is not included is whatever you attach the hook to: chain, aircraft cable, threaded rod, or a junction box at the deck. The LED source is integrated, so there is no lamp to buy and none to replace.

The 65-804R2 carries a wet location rating and is cULus safety listed, so moisture exposure is covered. NUVO classifies it as an indoor fixture, so use it under a roof, in wash bays, coolers, damp warehouses and covered docks rather than in fully open exterior applications.

Dimming is supported. Color temperature is not: this is a fixed 5000K unit with no CCT selector switch, so every fixture in the run will match, but you cannot field-adjust it to 4000K. If your spec calls for selectable CCT, you need a different UFO model.

A UFO like the 65-804R2 puts a round, roughly symmetrical pool of light under a single point, which suits open floor, production areas and wide aisles, and its 11.02 inch round body is easy to drop on a hook between joists. Linear high bays throw a longer, narrower pattern and are the better choice over tight rack aisles where you want light down the aisle rather than spread across it.

Rated for 50,000 hours with 80 CRI. For a facility running two shifts, 50,000 hours is roughly a decade of service, and because the LED is integrated there is no relamping in that span: 80 CRI is the normal commercial and industrial rendering level, fine for warehouse, shop and assembly work but on the low side for color-critical inspection or paint matching.

The body is die-cast aluminum, which is what carries heat away from the LED board in a fixture with no fan or moving parts, and the black finish is on that cast housing. The fixture is RoHS compliant. Note that NUVO lists lead under California Prop 65 for this product.
