NUVO Lighting 65-806R2 200W UFO LED High Bay, 5000K, 29000 Lumens, 277-480V, Black Finish

The 65-806R2 is a high-voltage driver, rated 277V through 480V. That covers 277V line-to-neutral and 480V line-to-line in a 277/480V three-phase building, which is what most warehouses and manufacturing plants run. It will not work on 120V or 208V service, so if your panel is 120/208, you need the low-voltage 120-277V version of this fixture instead.

A locking hanging hook and a 6 foot whip ship with the fixture, and the whip measures 72 inches. The LED board is integrated, so there is no lamp to order. What you supply is the overhead support the hook attaches to (threaded rod, aux cable, chain or a J-box hanger), the junction box the whip lands in, and a 0-10V control run if you are dimming it. There is no mounting bracket for aircraft cable or a pole included.

It carries a Wet location rating and is cULus safety listed, so damp and wet interior conditions like wash bays, cold storage and open dock areas are within its rating. The catalog classifies it as an indoor fixture, so it is not intended for exposed exterior mounting under open sky. Die-cast aluminum housing handles the heat rejection.

Dimming yes, color tuning no. The 200W UFO is a dimmable fixture, but it is fixed at 5000K with no CCT selector switch on the housing. If your spec calls for field-selectable 3000K/4000K/5000K, this is the wrong model. Order the dimming control wiring at rough-in if you plan to use it; adding it later means pulling new conductors to each fixture.

The fixture is 13.39 inches in diameter and 8.11 inches tall, and weighs 10.11 pounds. That is a light enough load for a single threaded rod drop, a chain hanger, or a standard J-box hook, and the 13.39 inch disc clears most bar joist and purlin spacing. Mounting method is pendant hanging or surface. Add the 72 inch whip length when you are figuring where the junction box needs to sit relative to the fixture.

It is an integrated LED, so there is no socket and no serviceable lamp. When the board or driver reaches end of life the fixture is replaced as a unit. Rated life is 50,000 hours. For MRO stocking, that means you carry spare fixtures rather than spare lamps, and the locking hook and 6 foot whip come with each replacement so a swap is a hook-and-splice job.

5000K at 80 CRI is daylight-white with general color rendering, which suits warehouse racking, distribution, shops and parking structures where you want alertness and clear label reading. For color-critical work like paint matching, print inspection or retail merchandising, 80 CRI is on the low side and a 90+ CRI fixture is a better fit. Note this model is fixed at 5000K, so you cannot dial it warmer in the field.

Lead is the listed California Prop 65 chemical for the 65-806R2, so a California installation carries the standard warning obligation. The fixture is RoHS compliant, which is a separate European restriction standard and is frequently asked for on institutional and government submittals alongside the cULus safety listing.

Black is the only finish offered on the 65-806R2, under manufacturer part number 65/806R2. The housing is die-cast aluminum, so black reads as a low-glare industrial finish rather than a reflective white, which is generally preferred in exposed-structure ceilings where you do not want the fixture body drawing the eye.
