Lamps are not included. The 65-912 is an empty body fixture channel, wired and ready for two T8 lamps, so you order the tubes separately. The lampholders take a G13 bi-pin base, which is the standard two-pin end on a 4 foot T8 tube. Fixture length is 48.46 inches, so nominal 4 foot T8 lamps are what it's built around. Yes. The 65-912 accepts 120V through 347V, so it drops onto 120, 277, or 347 volt circuits without a different SKU. That range covers typical commercial and light industrial panels, so an electrician can standardize on one fixture across a building running mixed voltages. Draw is 30W.
