The SF76-193 takes three A19 lamps with E26 medium bases, rated up to 60W each, and no bulbs ship with the fixture. Order lamps separately. LED A19 replacements in a medium base work fine as long as you stay at or under the 60W rating.

It carries a damp location rating and is listed for indoor use, so a bathroom ceiling outside the direct shower spray or an enclosed laundry room is within rating. It is not wet rated, so do not put it on an open porch, in a shower enclosure, or anywhere it can be hit by rain.

Height is 6 inches with a 15.25 inch diameter, and it mounts flush to the ceiling. That 6 inch projection is the number to check against headroom in a basement, stairwell, or above a door swing. Flush mount means there is no stem or chain to shorten.

Dimming is lamp dependent. The fixture itself has no driver or electronics, so whether it dims comes down to the A19 lamps you put in it. Standard incandescent A19 bulbs dim on a common incandescent dimmer; if you go LED, you need a dimmable LED lamp matched to the dimmer you have on the wall.
