    The holder is 4.5 inches in diameter and 4.75 inches high, projecting 5 inches from the wall once mounted. A 4-inch round weatherproof box is covered by that 4.5 inch diameter. Check that your box has a mounting pattern for a wall-mount lampholder, since this is a wall-mounted fixture.
    4) Can I put an LED PAR38 in this NUVO flood holder instead of a halogen?
    The fixture is catalogued as halogen technology because its 150W maximum is sized for a halogen PAR38, but the socket is a standard E26 medium base taking any PAR38 lamp at or below that wattage. An LED PAR38 with a medium base fits and draws far less. Keep in mind dimming behavior follows the lamp, not the fixture.
