    1) What comes in the NUVO TK310 track kit, and do I need to buy anything else to install it?
    The TK310 kit ships with one TR120 4-foot track section, one TP154 floating power feed, three TH232 track heads, and all required mounting hardware. The only thing you add is lamps: bulbs are not included, so order three MR16 lamps with a GU5.3/GX5.3 two-pin round base rated for 12V and up to 50W per head.
    2) Is the TK310 a line voltage track or does it need a separate transformer?
    It is a low voltage 12V system, and the transformer is built into the kit, in the TP154 floating power feed. You wire the feed to standard branch circuit power at the ceiling box and the feed steps it down for the MR16 heads. No separate remote transformer to buy or find space for.
    3) Can the TK310 track kit be mounted on a wall or in a covered outdoor breezeway?
    No. The TK310 is a ceiling mount fixture, rated for indoor dry locations only. Keep it out of bathrooms with open showers, covered patios, and any damp or wet location, and specify a damp-rated fixture there instead.
    4) Is this track kit listed for commercial use, and does it meet ADA?
