It's a nylon insulated, open top, 90 degree flag female disconnect, part number RC2577FM. The flag body puts the female tab receptacle at a right angle to the wire, so you can land a terminal on a male tab in a tight enclosure or against a panel wall where a straight disconnect would need bend radius the box doesn't have. If you're pulling harnesses through conduit bodies or working a hot, cramped enclosure, nylon is the one to spec.
